1. Program Overview

The Space To Lead program is a 12-month coaching and support container delivered by Emily Rose Business Management LTD. By enrolling, the Client agrees to participate for the full 12-month duration.

The program includes:

2 group calls per month, typically on the first and third Wednesday (dates/times subject to change with reasonable notice).

Access to program resources, trainings, and materials as described.

2. Payment Terms

The total cost of the program is 12 monthly payments of £79 (founders rate, discounted from £99).

This is a split-pay agreement with 12 equal payments.

The payment plan cannot be paused, cancelled, or delayed for any reason.

The Client is responsible for completing all 12 payments regardless of participation, attendance, or engagement.

If a payment fails, the Client agrees to update payment details within 3 business days. Continued failure to make payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.

3. No Cancellations & No Refunds

All sales are final.

No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.

Enrollment is non-cancellable, including in cases of non-participation, change of circumstances, or incomplete use of the program.

4. Delivery of Services

All services will be delivered as described.

If a live call or element of the program cannot take place due to Provider illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a reasonable alternative will be offered (e.g., rescheduled call, pre-recorded training, additional support session).

Program structure and content may evolve over the 12 months to improve delivery and client results.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Attend sessions and engage actively in the program.

Ensure payments are made on time.

Maintain professional and respectful communication within the community spaces.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials—including templates, guides, trainings, recordings, frameworks, and resources—are the exclusive intellectual property of Emily Rose Business Management LTD.

The Client is granted personal use only, meaning:

Materials may be used solely within the Client’s own business.

Materials may not be shared, sold, distributed, repurposed, reproduced, or used for client work, courses, teams, or commercial purposes.

Any attempt to copy, steal, or redistribute materials is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Disclaimer

This program offers education, guidance, and strategic support but does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. Results depend on the Client’s own effort, actions, and implementation.

No professional legal, financial, or therapeutic advice is being provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

9. Termination by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to remove any Client from the program, without refund, in cases of:

Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, or inappropriate conduct

Breach of confidentiality

Misuse or theft of program materials

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Agreement

By enrolling in the program, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
